We proudly offer refurbished products, giving ‘New-Life’ to pre-loved appliances. By choosing refurbished items, you not only save money but also contribute to reducing waste.
Our stores are located in Gateshead (Tyne and Wear), Chepstow (Monmouthshire) and Peterborough.
Refurbished grades explained
R Grade
This is the highest standard of refurbished products which have been reworked in our on site facility and come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty as standard.
Most of these appliances received minor damage during the original manufacturing or logistics process and although minor blemishes may still exist, these are generally limited to the sides and rear of the appliances.
M Grade
These refurbished products have generally been returned as either damaged or faulty from the retailer, and once reworked in our on site facility come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty as standard.
The products will have some cosmetic damage, which could be on the front, sides or rear of the appliance.
All appliances are fully functionally, safety tested and are sold complete with a full 1 year manufacturer guarantee covering parts and labour. A 10 years parts warranty is also available provided that the appliance has been successfully registered – this applies to large appliances only. For Whirlpool branded appliances a 2 year manufacturer guarantee (parts & labour), plus a 10 year parts warranty is also available upon appliance registration.

The shops only accept Debit Cards or Credit Cards – Other than American Express
What are my Delivery options?
We can deliver the product for you (Delivery charges apply). We cover;- a 35 mile radius of the Peterborough Outlet, up to 120 miles from our Gateshead & Chepstow Outlets.
We can also provide installation services on freestanding appliances only. Payment is required at the point of sale.
Can I buy online?
You can not currently buy through our website, but you are able to reserve the product online for 48 hours, pending collection and payment at the shop. The team will speak to you about your delivery eligibility when confirming receipt of your reservation request.
